Reimagining authentic connections in a swipe-fatigued market.

Swerv is a modern dating platform built around personality, not photos. Scott Demyon (CEO) brought our team in to figure out who Swerv was actually for, what people were really frustrated by, and what to build first. Over four weeks, I led UX research across diverse user segments and translated the findings into product and business strategy — three personas, three journey maps, and five strategic recommendations that shaped Swerv's roadmap.
